easy office jobs for a 16 or 17 year old?

one of my friends is 16 and has a real office job at an insurance company. she does simple things because of course she does not have a diploma/college knowledge etc.

do you guys know of anywhere that would hire a 16 or 17 year old for an office job?
or do something with computers? (ppt, excel, word, etc)
also i live in texas
